Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with Employee Central Payroll.
  • Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory, or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience with a minimum of 2 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
  • Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications and the Payroll module.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.
  • Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • External consulting experience.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
  • Use business acumen to initiate transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led.
  • Demonstrate to clients how they can leverage SAP to resolve their business challenges.
  • Collaborate within a team, interacting with clients, managing workstreams, and working with other teams.
  • Drive workstream and/or project activities.
  • Ensure profitability and continued success by managing service quality.
  • Coordinate with all workstreams, including technical, reports, conversion, change management, and project management.
  • Adapt current methods, tools, and procedures to develop solutions that meet client needs.
  • Analyze business requirements to identify configuration solutions.
  • Document requirements, solutions, impacts, alternatives, and final decisions.
