About The Position

Accenture’s SAP practice helps clients meet the challenges of digitization by solving complex business problems and configuring SAP solutions. This role will engage deeply with subject matter expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time, fostering an environment where collaboration and thoughtful decision-making drive success. The work involves identifying project scope, defining requirements, creating functional and technical specifications, developing proof of concepts, coordinating implementation, and supporting change management. Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 10 years of equivalent industry experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Central with EC Time (must have EC certification of some kind)
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time certification
SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.
