About The Position
The SAP EAM Asset Manager designs and implements complex technical solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. The role bridges client needs and business goals by gathering requirements and developing solutions with deep domain and technology expertise. It leads architecture, design, and development through a high-performing team, while supporting product, project, and sustenance delivery. The position also ensures solutions remain current, meet quality and client requirements, follow architectural standards, and comply with governance measures. It includes training and developing team members to maintain an adequate supply of skilled personnel and mitigate delivery risks. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Gather client requirements and develop solutions that bridge client needs and business goals.
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of solutions for product, project, and sustenance delivery through a high-performing team.
- Keep solutions current by upgrading knowledge and working with new technologies, while meeting quality standards and client requirements.
- Review architecture and design deliverables to ensure adherence to industry best practices and architectural standards, and establish and enforce governance and compliance measures.
- Train and develop the team to maintain an adequate supply of trained personnel and mitigate delivery risks.
