SAP Deployment & Cutover Sub-Lead
About The Position
As the Deployment & Cutover Sub-Lead, you will guide the organization through the transition from legacy systems to a new SAP S/4HANA production environment. You will develop and execute a comprehensive cutover strategy, ensuring technical and business processes are migrated efficiently and with minimal disruption. The role involves coordinating activities and timelines with cross-functional teams, addressing issues during transition, monitoring progress, providing stakeholder updates, and implementing contingency plans to support a successful go-live. You will also oversee and support BASIS activities related to deployment and cutover, and use AWS and SAP lifecycle knowledge to improve deployment processes. The position requires at least seven years of SAP BASIS administration experience, a strong understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure, and deep familiarity with the SAP application lifecycle. Experience with system migrations, data validation, post-cutover support, and large-scale ERP deployments—particularly SAP S/4HANA—is beneficial. Applicants must be US citizens without dual citizenship and eligible to obtain a government Secret Clearance. Travel of up to 25% is required. The stated base pay range for specified locations is $126,300–$243,100 USD. Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience with SAP BASIS administration.
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Deep familiarity with the SAP application lifecycle.
- US citizen with no dual citizenship.
- Must be eligible to obtain a government Secret Clearance.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
