About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP Data Integration Consultant to design, execute, and support large-scale data migration initiatives in SAP S/4HANA environments. The role covers the full data migration lifecycle, including extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover, to ensure enterprise data is migrated accurately, completely, and compliantly from legacy systems into SAP. This is a full-time, direct W2 position that is 100% remote within the United States. The stated annual salary range is $100,000–$150,000. The employer cannot sponsor new H-1B visa petitions; U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and candidates eligible for an H-1B transfer are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

At least 6 years of SAP data migration experience.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP LTMC and S/4HANA migration tools.
Experience with SAP SLT replication scenarios.
Working knowledge of SAP LVM for system refresh and landscape management.
Strong understanding of SAP master and transactional data structures.
Experience performing data validation and reconciliation processes.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience working in enterprise SAP landscapes during major implementations.

Nice To Haves

Experience participating in S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield implementations.
Exposure to SAP Data Services or other ETL platforms.
Experience with high-volume, multi-source data migrations.
Working knowledge of SAP HANA database structures.
SAP S/4HANA certification.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and support large-scale data migration initiatives in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Perform activities across the data migration lifecycle, including extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
Help ensure enterprise data migrated from legacy systems into SAP is accurate, complete, and compliant.
