About The Position

Infosys is hiring for its Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit, which works with clients to support business goals through technology and services. The role is listed as Package Consultant 2 and focuses on SAP BTP integration, cloud migration, and ERP customization. The consultant participates in requirements gathering and specification validation; contributes to solution architecture and ERP package customization; develops and maintains application features; configures interfaces and ETL processes; evaluates system performance, security, and regulatory compliance; and documents customizations and delivers user training. The role also involves designing cloud-native SAP BTP integrations, modernizing legacy SAP PI/PO interfaces, supporting migration and conversion projects, and helping establish governance, DevOps, and operational support models. Post-migration work includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location. Requirements

Experience in complex SAP environments.
Completed at least two full lifecycle S/4HANA BTP migration or conversion projects.
Experience in Information Technology.
Experience designing and implementing cloud-native integration solutions using SAP BTP services.
Experience rebuilding, refactoring, and optimizing legacy PI/PO interfaces and workflows for SAP BTP deployment.
Experience developing BTP Fiori OData Services and working with the Integration Suite.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive specialty experience in lieu of each year of education.
Authorization to work in the United States for any employer without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Participate in requirements gathering with business stakeholders and help validate specifications against business objectives and ERP capabilities.
Contribute to solution architecture and customize ERP package modules and features based on business requirements.
Develop and integrate application features, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
Configure interfaces and execute ETL processes to support integration and consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
Assess ERP performance and identify enhancements while ensuring customizations meet security measures and regulatory standards.
Document ERP customizations and deliver user training for knowledge transfer.
Design and implement cloud-native integration solutions using SAP BTP services.
Rebuild, refactor, and optimize legacy PI/PO interfaces and workflows for deployment on SAP BTP.
Lead technical discovery, gap analysis, and solution mapping to support migration and business continuity.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to define governance, DevOps, and operational support models for cloud-based integration.
Support post-migration operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of integration solutions.
Document consulting work and address performance-matrix and troubleshooting requirements.
Manage freeze periods, emergency changes, retrofit activities, and system decommissioning during upgrades and migrations.
