About The Position

The SAP Coordinator is the operational expert responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, warehouse transactions, and system data within SAP for their department. The role connects warehouse operations, inventory control, customer service, transportation, and management to support efficient and accurate distribution processes.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills for inventory transactions and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or shift schedules as needed.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and equipment certification requirements where applicable.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with WMS and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy of inventory, warehouse transactions, and department system data within SAP.
• Coordinate between warehouse operations, inventory control, customer service, transportation, and management to support efficient and accurate distribution processes.
