About The Position

RTX is seeking an ERP Business Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C) to support the oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation program. This program aims to harmonize business processes, tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, migrating capabilities into standardized SAP S/4HANA ERP systems. The role involves detailed design, configuration, testing, and support during the blueprint, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare phases of the SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale business process and system transformation programs, particularly ERP implementations using SAP S/4HANA.

Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience, or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in SAP opportunity to cash (O2C) workstream process or programming including order management, aftermarket (MRO), invoicing, and program management processes.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities.
• Specifically Sales & Distribution or Project System experience.
• Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

• Successfully translate business needs into system requirements and process improvements.
• Experience with SAP 3rd party or boundary solutions such as iMRO, GovCon, or Deltek Cobra.
• Experience working on large, complex A&D enterprise projects -- or similarly regulated, large organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leverage S/4HANA, enhancing workstream processes in alignment with the RTX operating model and industry best practices.
• Support the creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations.
• Support the evaluation of options for bolt-on applications and make recommendations based on functional requirements, desired RTX operating model, and industry best practices.
• Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing.
• Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows, and data policies.
• Deliver functional specifications for forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations, and workflows within the scope of the workstream.
• Support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts.
• Work alongside business leaders and testers to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.
• Support successful migration from legacy systems to new environments.
• Support go-live and the continuation of RTX business’ financial and operational performance.
