About The Position

Cintas is currently looking for an SAP Analyst - Level 3 - EDI to support the SAP and non-SAP EDI environment. The SAP Analyst-Level 3 is responsible for leading requirements gathering and solution design for SAP and non-SAP EDI integrations, collaborating with business partners to analyze current processes and recommend optimized solutions, evaluating system options with respect to risk, cost/benefit, and business impact, designing and implementing complex SAP EDI configurations, including full lifecycle delivery, defining and leading end-to-end integration testing strategies, supporting major and minor releases, including deployment and post-release validation, troubleshooting and resolving complex EDI incidents and leading root-cause analysis, ensuring solutions align with IT long-term strategy and architectural standards, and maintaining high functional competency in SAP EDI capabilities and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Business or Technical related field required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP EDI customer and vendor support
  • Minimum 3 years of experience defining and leading functional and integration testing strategies, including coordination with business and technical teams
  • Minimum 3 years of process improvement experience for operational support systems
  • Experience communicating detailed technical and functional specifications
  • Experience with EDI documents 850 (Purchase Order), 855 (Order Acknowledgement), 856 (Advance Shipping Notification), and 810 (Invoice)
  • Experience with SAP IDoc processing, including creating new and extending EDI IDocs, ALE configuration

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with GXS/Open Text
  • Experience with ANSI X.12, XML and cXML, and/or other formats
  • Exposure to PI with B2B Add-On
