About The Position

Responsible for participating in gathering requirements, including leading, designing and providing guidance on recommendations. Collaborate with the business on current processes and propose solutions to enhance current processes, including advising on system options, risk, cost vs. benefits and impacts. Ensure all systems are aligned with the IT long term strategy. Identify, recommend, and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs, while creating and updating associated documentation. Set testing strategy for modules and leading end to end integration testing. Participate in delivery of project and minor/major releases. Troubleshoot and lead the evaluation and design of the correction for complex incidents. Maintain a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of the Vistex (or similar) solution, by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements and leveraging best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (or foreign educational equivalent) or degree equivalent based on combination of education and/or experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SD pricing, conditioning, technique, and includes in the pricing communication structure, as well as the sales and billing user exits.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Vistex gathering requirements, including configuring and customizing; experience should include Vistex core skills, expertise in Incentives administration, IPSPRO configuration for participants, agreements rules, deployment codes, calculation workbench, accrual and settlement, and integration to FI/CO.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management.
  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation in Vistex.
