Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least one year of IT experience, or Associate’s degree with three years of IT experience
- Experience coordinating testing efforts in enterprise environments
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient with testing tools, software, and project documentation
- Ability to work remotely and attend occasional onsite meetings in Atlanta
Nice To Haves
- Workday implementation testing coordination (HR and/or FIN modules)
- Familiarity with risk-based testing approaches and software development lifecycle best practices
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all testing activities to ensure project success
- Analyze project requirements to define the scope and strategy for testing
- Estimate and secure resources, managing testing schedules and assignments
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Workstream Leads to assign testing resources and align test scenarios
- Facilitate the development and sequencing of test scripts and ensure accurate test data preparation
- Maintain comprehensive testing documentation and enforce organizational testing standards
- Monitor test progress, report outcomes, and escalate issues impacting project deliverables
- Organize and lead status meetings, providing clear updates to stakeholders
- Track and prepare detailed reports on testing activities, outcomes, and defect resolution
- Support the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
