Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least one year of IT experience, or Associate’s degree with three years of IT experience
  • Experience coordinating testing efforts in enterprise environments
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficient with testing tools, software, and project documentation
  • Ability to work remotely and attend occasional onsite meetings in Atlanta

Nice To Haves

  • Workday implementation testing coordination (HR and/or FIN modules)
  • Familiarity with risk-based testing approaches and software development lifecycle best practices

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all testing activities to ensure project success
  • Analyze project requirements to define the scope and strategy for testing
  • Estimate and secure resources, managing testing schedules and assignments
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Workstream Leads to assign testing resources and align test scenarios
  • Facilitate the development and sequencing of test scripts and ensure accurate test data preparation
  • Maintain comprehensive testing documentation and enforce organizational testing standards
  • Monitor test progress, report outcomes, and escalate issues impacting project deliverables
  • Organize and lead status meetings, providing clear updates to stakeholders
  • Track and prepare detailed reports on testing activities, outcomes, and defect resolution
  • Support the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
