The Sanitor provides sanitation in support of food manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production areas and equipment, reporting any concerns regarding equipment conditions and safety to management immediately, and accurately completing daily paperwork. The Sanitor must maintain equipment in a sanitary state when not in use and adhere to all sanitation, company, and safety standards and procedures. This position has the authority to stop a process for personal or food safety and/or quality reasons and to use cleaning chemicals according to label directions.
