Our Sanitation team performs a variety of essential tasks to assist in maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment that allows us to produce safe and high-quality cheese and yogurt products. These roles are critical in meeting the highest food safety standards.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Employees are required to stand the duration of the shift, with frequent and repetitive bending, stooping, turning, reaching, grasping and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and follow directions.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
- Constantly required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects and controls.
- Constantly required to talk and hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus naturally or with correction.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, machinery, and work areas in the facility using brushes, hoses, and chemical cleaning agents.
- Utilizing detergents, sanitizers, brushes, and high-pressure hoses to clean production equipment and rooms in assigned areas.
