About The Position

Paisley Farm, part of The Fremont Company family, is seeking a Part-Time Sanitation Associate for its Willoughby, Ohio facility. This role is crucial for maintaining a clean, safe, and food-safe production environment. The associate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production areas and equipment, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards. Requirements

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable performing physical cleaning and sanitation work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
• Ability to follow written and verbal cleaning and safety instructions
• Willingness to work around water, cleaning chemicals, and food production equipment

Nice To Haves

• Previous sanitation, manufacturing, or food production experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work areas, floors, and other assigned areas
• Follow established sanitation procedures and cleaning schedules
• Use approved cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment safely and properly
• Perform equipment cleaning following production runs
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), food safety, and sanitation requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Identify and report sanitation, equipment, or safety concerns to supervision
• Work with the sanitation and production teams to ensure cleaning is completed thoroughly and on schedule
