About The Position

This role involves ensuring the proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment within a specific area. The Sanitation team member is responsible for inspecting equipment, reporting any damage, and assisting in other departmental areas as needed. The position requires adherence to company standards, knowledge of equipment and cleaning procedures (SSOP), chemicals, GMPs, dress code, and safety rules. Core competencies include Safety, Quality, Yield, Cost, and Relationships.

Requirements

• Oral communication and critical thinking
• Adherence to Company standards
• Knowledge of all equipment and cleaning procedures (SSOP)
• Knowledge of chemicals in plant
• Good knowledge of GMP’s, dress code, and safety rules

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment in their area to ensure proper cleaning
• Report any damage to equipment to supervision
• Assist in other departmental areas as needed
