The Sanitation Technician is responsible for the proper sanitation and cleaning of the production and blending area equipment, completing assigned tasks on the Master Sanitation Schedule, and various other cleaning tasks throughout the facility. This individual is also responsible for Sterilizing and starting up the processing and filling lines, according to the production schedule at the start of each week, to successfully set up the team to start running the lines on Monday mornings. Individuals must maintain a safe and pleasant manner while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety procedures, ensuring the department meets its goal of Safe, Quality Cases, as Efficiently as Possible.
