Requirements

Responsibilities

Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment, adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.
Perform sanitation and cleaning of assigned areas following master cleaning schedules and procedures, including washing down, shoveling, de-junking, vacuuming, and sweeping.
Assist in formulating sanitation standards and work procedures, providing feedback on service delivery discrepancies.
Operate skid steer loaders, scissors lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and hand/power tools.
Communicate effectively with team lead, supervisor, and customer to accomplish tasks and maintain customer relations.
Adhere to the published work schedule and be available for overtime as required.
Work from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, and scaffolding, utilizing fall protection equipment when necessary.
Maintain communication with supervisor regarding work issues, personnel issues, and employee complaints.
Work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as demanded by the job.
Perform other work as defined by the company and/or customer.
Clean process screens with concentrated solutions daily.
Ensure compliance with all company/customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
Achieve performance expectations and participate in employee development planning.
Communicate with team members to assist in short- and long-range planning.
Meet physical requirements of the job.
Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
Complete accurate and timely administrative duties, including time accounting and work order completion.
Maintain positive customer and employee relations.
