About The Position

The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all areas in compliance with Board of Health and OSHA Standards and Regulations. This role involves practicing and observing safety rules, handling team member and guest opportunities, evaluating and overseeing team member job performance, and setting schedules and specific job duties. The supervisor must also manage team member hours for proper staffing according to established service standards in the absence of the Executive Steward and work productively with their direct supervisor and peers.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
• Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
• Must demonstrate sound judgment and maturity in his or her decision-making ability, even when dealing with difficult situations.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP and OSHA guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum one (1) year in sanitation experience or in related field preferred.
