About The Position

Krispy Kreme is hiring seasonal Sanitation Operators to help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for customers during peak seasons. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing the inside of the store, the parking lot, and the area around the building. It is an entry-level opportunity; previous experience is not required. Operators work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment and contribute to friendly, efficient service and a well-maintained store appearance.

Requirements

• No previous experience is necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture where employees are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
• Ability to work amid internal and external environmental conditions, fluctuating shop temperatures and noise levels, and known allergens including nuts.

Responsibilities

• Sweep required areas inside and outside the store.
• Mop required areas inside the store.
• Spray the parking lots and wash shop windows.
• Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms.
• Keep the customer area clean and sanitize tables and chairs.
• Keep stockroom supplies orderly.
