About The Position

Krispy Kreme Sanitation Operators clean and sanitize the inside of the store, the parking lot, and the area around the building, helping create a welcoming environment for customers. This is an entry-level seasonal role supporting the company’s flexible staffing model during peak seasons. No previous experience is required; employees should be motivated to learn and work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• No previous experience is necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture where employees are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Sweep required areas inside and outside the store.
• Mop required areas inside the store.
• Spray the parking lots and wash shop windows.
• Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms.
• Keep the customer area clean and sanitize tables and chairs.
• Keep stockroom supplies orderly.
