About The Position

Krispy Kreme Sanitation Operators clean and sanitize the inside of the store, parking lot, and surrounding building area to help create a welcoming environment for customers. This is an entry-level seasonal role that supports the company’s flexible staffing model during peak seasons. No previous experience is required; the position is suited to someone motivated to learn and work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• No previous experience is necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture where employees are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
• Must be able to work in internal and external environmental conditions, including fluctuating shop temperatures and noise levels, and exposure to known allergens such as nuts.

Responsibilities

• Sweep required areas inside and outside the store.
• Mop required areas inside the store.
• Spray the parking lots and wash shop windows.
• Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms.
• Keep the customer area clean and sanitize tables and chairs.
• Keep stockroom supplies orderly.
