About The Position

Krispy Kreme is hiring a seasonal, entry-level Sanitation Operator to help maintain clean, welcoming store locations, especially during peak seasons. The role is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the inside of the store, the parking lot, and the area around the building. No previous experience is required; the position is suited to someone motivated to learn and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• No previous experience is necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture where team members are empowered to showcase their originality.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.

Responsibilities

• Sweep required areas inside and outside the store.
• Mop required areas inside the store.
• Spray the parking lots and wash shop windows.
• Clean, sanitize, and stock bathrooms.
• Keep the customer area clean and sanitize tables and chairs.
• Keep stockroom supplies orderly.
