The position supports the use of end-to-end costing methodologies and lean concepts, provides cost recommendations, and reviews/analyzes the impact and benefits to internal processes. Coordination and alignment of planning with organizational initiatives and directions are essential, along with setting realistic timelines and improving work processes to increase performance. The manager plans and manages team member time based on business priorities, ensuring work requirements are completed accurately and timely. Identifying and obtaining necessary resources, applying policies and procedures, and using data to make informed decisions are crucial.
