This role is responsible for ensuring that baking center equipment, facilities, and ingredients are clean, sanitized, and sterile according to O&H Danish Bakery safety, product, and quality standards. The Sanitation Lead will also assist the Supervisor in training and development, performance management, and ensuring the quality and production standards of the Sanitation team and baking center. This includes ensuring adherence to SSOPs, GMPs, and HACCP/food safety procedures, as well as overseeing the safe use of chemicals.
