This role follows procedures and SSOPs to perform cleaning on production equipment to ensure safety, hygiene, and food safety. The position may involve recording information to reflect sanitation activities and issues, and advising/updating the supervisor/manager of progress and any non-routine issues. The job requires the ability to be productive on third-shift scheduling, and some facilities may require ascending or descending stairs. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment can be expansive, noisy, wet/humid, and vary in temperature from refrigerated to ambient or warm.
