This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the plant according to the Master Cleaning Schedule. The position involves coordinating with Maintenance and Production teams for equipment setup and breakdown, safely handling and applying cleaning chemicals, and operating high-pressure water hoses and air wands. The Sanitation Laborer will clean equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain control of issued tools and equipment, and complete the Sanitation Training Checklist within the designated timeframe. Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and maintaining personal hygiene are crucial. This role requires working every weekend and holidays as scheduled, assisting with scrap traceability, and working variable shifts, including up to 12 hours per day. All tasks must be performed safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures, and collaborating with team members. Other duties as assigned by management may be required.
