About The Position

Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building in which they work by performing various cleaning duties. This includes cleaning team member benefit areas (Break Rooms, Locker Rooms, Restrooms and Hallways), offices, common areas, and other assigned areas. Responsibilities also include general maintenance of these areas. Cleaning tasks involve dry cleaning, replenishing supplies, cleaning metalwork, fixtures, and fittings, cleaning floors in production areas, team member benefit areas, hallways, and public areas, and sanitizing as needed. Additionally, housekeepers will clean equipment, furniture, microwaves, and refrigerators. They will sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and sanitize as needed, with potential for additional floor work. Dusting furniture, equipment, and partitions, and emptying wastebaskets and recyclables, transporting them to the disposal area are also key duties.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
