This is a full-time Sanitation III position in a food manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement. The role involves operating Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) systems and performing detailed disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of production equipment to meet sanitation standards. Responsibilities include following established sanitation schedules to clean and sanitize facility infrastructure and production lines, documenting all activities in compliance with regulatory and company protocols. The individual will accurately mix, apply, and document chemical usage, ensuring correct concentrations and applications for effective cleaning and sanitation. Additionally, the role requires conducting inspections and internal audits to verify sanitation effectiveness, ensuring all equipment meets microbial safety and cleanliness standards, and adhering to all OSHA safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
