Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Familiar with USDA regulations and requirements.
• Must be knowledgeable in proper chemical usage and safety.
• Must be able to pass forklift operator's test.

Responsibilities

• Operate and clean production equipment.
• Clean all nonmachinery parts by hand.
• Squeegee and sweep floors.
• Responsible for handling and controlling a 250+ hose.
• Work with caustics and acids while hand scrubbing equipment.
• May perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedure.
• Notify Supervisor immediately if any unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions are discovered.
