About The Position

Eden Pet Products is seeking a Sanitation / Clean‑Up Crew team member to support plant‑wide sanitation activities. This role is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, supporting food safety programs, and ensuring the facility meets company and regulatory sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and short written communications
• Ability to complete basic written reports
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to follow simple one‑ or two‑step instructions
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• 3–6 months of related experience or training preferred
• Equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

• Tear down production equipment prior to sanitation and start‑up
• Clean and sanitize production equipment following established procedures
• Perform lockout/tagout on electrical panels as required
• Apply approved sanitizers to equipment prior to start‑up
• Remove garbage, cardboard, and dispose of inedible materials properly
• Support complete plant shutdown sanitation activities
• Perform security door checks as required
• Assist janitorial personnel as needed
• Immediately report unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions
• Follow all Eden Pet Products personnel hygiene policies and GMPs
• Report unusual use or missing cleaning chemicals
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
