About The Position

The work is hands-on and active throughout the day, supporting the production of signs and architectural products.

Responsibilities
- Prepare signs and cabinets for painting and finishing.
- Sand, scuff, clean, and prepare surfaces for production.
- Apply and sand fillers as needed.
- File and finish fabricated components.
- Move materials throughout the production area.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Safely operate hand tools, sanders, and material-handling equipment.
- Help ensure products meet quality expectations before painting and final assembly.
