About The Position

As a Samsung Home Theater Expert, you will work in a retail store demonstrating and selling home theater products, with an emphasis on the Samsung brand. The company provides training to help you become an expert. You will explain complex technology in simple terms so customers can understand the value of each product, and share your Samsung product knowledge with other sales associates to help the team assist customers.

The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, discussing performance and sales practices with vendor partners and market teams, keeping the department organized and customer-ready, and supporting sales strategies and financial goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.

Responsibilities
