About The Position

Coordinate and prepare bakery product samples for customer presentations, sales teams, and product testing. Work closely with Production, sales, R&D, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure samples reflect current formulations and quality standards. Package, label, and document samples accurately, including ingredient lists and allergen information. Maintain an organized inventory of sample materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods. Manage trade show sample materials, including inventory, packing, shipping, and post-event returns. Coordinate, Schedule and track sample shipments to ensure timely delivery. Maintain records of sample requests, shipments, and feedback. Monitor sample shelf life and storage conditions. Support continuous improvement of sample handling and logistics processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in food manufacturing, bakery operations, or a coordination/logistics role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail, especially in labeling and documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, email communication)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
