About The Position

Our Creative Studio is where the Psycho Bunny aesthetic comes to life. We’re looking for a Studio & Samples Coordinator who will manage the logistics and day-to-day operations that keep our studio humming, ensuring a seamless workflow from high-volume e-commerce shoots to our global brand campaigns.

Requirements

• A Diploma in Fashion Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail or eCommerce environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for managing project workflows and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of the Google Suite.
• A keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in fashion styling.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in both English and French is considered a strong asset.
• The ability to work on a flexible schedule and travel occasionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and track all eCommerce samples to ensure a clear pipeline from arrival to upload.
• Coordinate sample request lists and manage deliveries to ensure everything is prepped and ready for brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with Styling to pack samples for shoots and assist with travel carnets for off-site locations.
• Lead on-model styling for eCommerce shoots as needed, strictly following brand guidelines.
• Organize and steam all apparel and accessories ahead of shoots to maintain high-quality visual standards.
• Act as an Assistant Stylist for major campaign initiatives and creative projects.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, manage seasonal sample turnover, and help triage incoming requests from other departments.
