Requirements
- 3-5 years of high-volume cooking and catering experience
- Obtain certified ServSafe Food Handler or related food safety certification within 45 days of hire.
- Proven ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation and service areas following established safety standards.
- Experience in food handling, including grilling, frying, baking, and portioning food according to recipes and quality guidelines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members, addressing inquiries and providing guidance.
- Ability to manage inventory by estimating needs, stocking supplies, and organizing kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Commitment to upholding company policies, ethical standards, and food safety procedures consistently.
- Capability to collaborate with coworkers and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive work environment.
