About The Position
Copeland has an exciting opportunity for a Production Assembler professional looking for an opportunity to grow! Based in our Rushville, IN location. As an Assembler, you will be Responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging compressors and sub-assemblies according to production and quality standards in an ISO9001 environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and push or pull parts or containers frequently.
- Ability to read and understand job instructions
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, essential functions assessment, and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Fit and assemble parts to create completed product
- Verify dimensions, alignment, and conformance of finished workpiece to specifications
- Rotate through all jobs in the area
- Promote and maintain safety and open communication throughout the facility
