About The Position
Provides consistent and compassionate care to Roswell Park patients who experience hair loss due to their treatment. Provides information to and supports patients, caregivers, and family members during this difficult time. Welcomes patients and caregivers to salon; processes wig and head covering orders and provides administrative/clerical support to the salon's stylists and overall salon operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma
- Equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in a retail setting.
- Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
Responsibilities
- Processes wig and head covering orders.
- Provides administrative/clerical support to the salon's stylists and overall salon operations.
- Welcomes patients and caregivers to the salon.
- Provides information to and supports patients, caregivers, and family members during this difficult time.
