About The Position

Supercuts is looking for a Salon Manager who brings energy, accountability, and a positive leadership style to the salon every day. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and knows how to balance great guest experiences with strong business results. As a Salon Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the salon, leading the team, driving results, and creating an environment guests and stylists love. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of stylists and shift leaders, deliver an exceptional Supercuts 360° Guest Experience, set schedules, drive productivity, manage salon expenses, market the salon locally, and complete administrative tasks. You will also lead your team using the Moxie Mission Statement & Core Values and create a positive, motivating culture.

Requirements

• Active Cosmetology License
• Previous salon leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong technical skills, you lead by example on the floor
• Confident communicator who can coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced salon environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends)
• A positive attitude and a passion for developing people
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and hold a valid California Cosmetology License.
