In search of a Salon Manager to lead our high-energy team in Bellingham. This role is a total career glow-up, offering a $21–$24/hr base that jumps to $40+/hr with tips and bonuses, all paid weekly. Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required.
- Many Salon Managers are promoted from within after showing strong leadership skills.
