About The Position

Requirements

State Cosmetology License
Weekend and night availability is required
Ability to hear so as to effectively understand customer’s needs
Ability to lift up to 25lbs
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and remain attentive to guests' needs
Ability to sustain reasonable physical activity for the duration of a scheduled shift
Sensitivity to unnecessary waste of product and a willingness to act to reduce waste

Responsibilities

Perform shampoo and conditioning treatments for milk + honey guests.
Maintaining laundry for the salon.
Ability to perform a variety of cleaning duties including but not limited to mopping, sweeping, dishes, cleaning the bathroom, and taking out the trash.
Ability to exemplify milk + honey’s Core Values in every interaction with guests and coworkers.
Adherence to all Attendance and Punctuality policies.
Present a polished and professional image at all times.
Be able to lift up to 25lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
