About The Position

Nordstrom is hosting a hiring event on Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at 19507 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura, FL 33180. A resume is welcome but not required; allow approximately one hour for the interview process. On-the-spot offers will be made for most roles. The event is hiring for both seasonal and regular positions. Seasonal openings include Women's Apparel Commission Sales, Accessories Commission Sales, and Fulfillment. Regular openings include Kids' Apparel Commission Sales, Lingerie Commission Sales, Women's Apparel Commission Sales, and other roles. Pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The listed hourly ranges are $15.25 for Salesperson roles and $17.70–$18.40 for Stock roles; other roles have their own posted ranges. Commission for most selling employees varies by merchandise, typically 3%–14.5% for apparel, shoes, and accessories. Beauty and Men's Fragrance sales roles typically receive 3% commission. Positions may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
