About The Position

Perform as a senior CRM Developer for the Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) Michigan Enterprise Contact Center (MiECC) CRM Team. This is a senior level programmer/analyst position experienced in cloud CRM Development and Administration. Duties require independently conducting client interviews, programming, administration, supporting CRM Platform releases and Security updates, Data Maintenance like data loading using tools, Integration works with other applications, performing unit tests, creating test plans, executing system tests, and managing software source control and versioning for developed code. This position will support Enterprise CRM Projects to support various agency CRM Orgs. This position will perform new development, enhancement, and maintenance work. This position may also require working with team(s) in MiECC, other Agencies, and Agency Services DTMB, including review of assignments, peer code reviews, test results and problem analysis.

Requirements

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree with 21 semester (32 term) credits in one or a combination of the following: computer science, data processing, computer information systems, data communications, networking, systems analysis, computer programming, information assurance, IT project management or mathematics.
  • Two years of professional experience equivalent to an Information Technology Infrastructure or Programmer/Analyst P11.
  • Possession of an associate’s degree with 16 semester (24 term) credits in computer science, data processing, computer information systems, data communications, networking, systems analysis, computer programming, project management, or mathematics and two years of experience as an application programmer, computer operator, or information technology technician; or two years (4160 hours) of experience as an Information Technology Student Assistant, may be substituted for the education requirement.
  • Possession of high school diploma and four years of experience as an application programmer, computer operator, information technology technician, or four years (8,320 hours) of experience as an Information Technology Student Assistant may be substituted for the education requirement.
