About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Marketing Cloud, customer journey optimization, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology, driving customer understanding, designing omnichannel journeys, and implementing optimized marketing solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce with strong exposure to Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven experience in techno-functional roles, handling both business requirements and technical implementations.
  • Hands-on expertise in: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Audience segmentation & personalization
  • Strong understanding of: Customer lifecycle management, Omnichannel marketing strategies, Customer journey mapping
  • Experience in data analysis and deriving actionable insights (SQL, data modeling preferred).
  • Knowledge of design of experiments (DOE), A/B testing frameworks, and performance measurement techniques.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, Salesforce Admin).
  • Experience with data platforms, CDPs, or analytics tools.
  • Exposure to integration tools/APIs and multi-system environments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer understanding and journey optimization strategies by translating business goals into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Define and design end-to-end implementation architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives.
  • Analyze and interpret customer behavior and causality data to generate actionable insights and improve journey performance.
  • Develop and maintain customer personas by combining tribal knowledge with data-driven insights.
  • Map current-state omnichannel customer journeys and define future-state journey architectures aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to measure impact and optimize campaigns.
  • Implement and manage customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, analytics, and technology) to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Ensure best practices in data integration, segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution.
