About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations with expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of overall IT experience.
7+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience.
Proven experience leading technical teams of 5 or more FTEs.
Experience designing enterprise solutions supporting: 3K-5K+ internal users, 300K - 400K- external registered users, 5-6 million+ data records.
Strong experience designing multi-tier, highly available architectures utilizing clustering, load balancing, scalability, and disaster recovery principles.

Nice To Haves

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform Developer, Architect, or CTA).
Experience working with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.
Experience implementing large-scale citizen/customer portals.
Experience with Salesforce license management and platform optimization.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
