About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations with expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 7+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams of 7 to 10 or more FTEs.
  • Experience designing enterprise solutions supporting: 5,000 to 7000 internal users
  • Experience designing enterprise solutions supporting: 300,000 to 500,000 external registered users
  • Experience designing enterprise solutions supporting: 5 to 7 million+ data records
  • Strong experience designing multi-tier, highly available architectures utilizing clustering, load balancing, scalability, and disaster recovery principles.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce development using: Apex
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce development using: Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce development using: Visualforce
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce development using: SOQL/SOSL
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce development using: Lightning Experience
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and external systems.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform Developer, Architect, or CTA).
  • Experience working with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.
  • Experience implementing large-scale citizen/customer portals.
  • Experience with Salesforce license management and platform optimization.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
  • Deliver large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Design enterprise solutions supporting: 5,000 to 7000 internal users, 300,000 to 500,000 external registered users, and 5 to 7 million+ data records.
  • Design multi-tier, highly available architectures utilizing clustering, load balancing, scalability, and disaster recovery principles.
  • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and external systems.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
