About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud, Community Cloud/Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, while leading cross-functional teams and engaging business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT Project Management experience.
• 5+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects.
• Experience managing teams of 7–10+ technical resources.
• Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting: 5,000–7,000 internal users, 300,000–500,000 external users, 5–7 million+ records.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Community Cloud/Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, Risk & Stakeholder Management, and Project Planning & Delivery.
• Experience coordinating Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Architect).
• Project Management Institute PMP or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience with State Government or large Public Sector organizations.
• Experience managing large customer or citizen portal implementations.
