Salesforce Technical Lead

As the Salesforce Technical Lead at kevin., you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. You will provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring that solutions are implemented according to best practices and industry standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Your strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, along with your expertise in Apex development and environment management, will be crucial to your success in this role.

• Work effectively with stakeholders and project teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams and ensure solutions are implemented according to best practices and industry standards. Review code and provide guidance to developers to ensure quality and scalability.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and quality.
• Provide support for Salesforce users.
• Create POCs for internal users to understand the solutions.

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its features, functionalities, and integrations
• 4+ years of Salesforce Experience
• Salesforce Certifications: Technical Architect, or Application Architect, or System Architect
• Excellent Apex Knowledge and developing using Flows knowledge and their limitations
• Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
• Experience with Customer 360 would be nice to have
