This role involves conducting health checks and org assessments to provide recommendations on design, scalability, and performance. The architect will design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, focusing on sales, service, and Health Clouds, drive architectural governance and best practices, perform POCs, build complex Apex/LWC solutions, and manage integration with external systems. Collaboration with business stakeholders to map requirements to Salesforce functionality is key. The role requires CRM experience, with deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, proficiency in data modeling, governance limits, and process reengineering.
