About The Position

At phia we hire talented and passionate people who are focused on collaborative, meaningful work, providing technical and operational subject matter expertise and support services to our partners and clients. phia is seeking a mission-driven Salesforce Technical Architect (DevSecOps/AutoRABIT Integration) to act as a dedicated technical partner for our enterprise deployments. In this role, you aren’t just "support"—you are an embedded integration expert. You will ensure that AutoRABIT’s suite of products (ARM, CodeScan, and Guard) are seamlessly integrated into our client’s mission-critical workflows, driving technical excellence and DevSecOps maturity.

Requirements

Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Metadata API, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and sandbox management.
Proven experience with CI/CD processes, version control (Git), and automated deployment strategies.
Ability to troubleshoot complex platform integrations and API-driven workflows.
Experience with Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
A "Customer Success" mindset—the ability to diagnose a bottleneck and engineer a solution that aligns with the client's operational tempo.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Experience can be substituted for education)
5+ years in Salesforce DevSecOps
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) required
Public Trust / Suitability clearance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Nice To Haves

Experience with large federal government IT enterprise deployments at the Department level.
Experience with regulatory frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, or similar).
Experience using AutoRABIT platform/products (specifically ARM, CodeScan, and Guard).

Responsibilities

Provide deep-dive technical support and integration leadership for one of our core product pillars (ARM, CodeScan, or Guard) within a dedicated team structure.
Architect, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate Salesforce deployments using ARM (Automated Release Management).
Implement and optimize AutoRABIT CodeScan to automate static code analysis (SAST), helping developers identify and fix vulnerabilities before they reach production.
Implement and optimize AutoRABIT Guard to monitor Salesforce configurations, enforce security policies (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, NIST, FISMA), and automate remediation of misconfigurations.
Manage integrations between AutoRABIT products and the broader tech stack, including Git repositories, Jira, and Salesforce DX.
Act as a bridge between technical requirements and mission goals, ensuring the tools work at peak efficiency to reduce downtime and technical debt.
