About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with strong AWS cloud experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role will be responsible for technical architecture, integration strategy, and hands‑on development while guiding a team of Salesforce developers and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce platform expertise with modern cloud, integration, and DevOps practices on AWS.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, and Integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and performance optimization
  • Experience leading Salesforce development teams
  • 3+ years of hands‑on AWS experience
  • Strong understanding of serverless and event‑driven architectures
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS using APIs and messaging services
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset, etc.)
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end technical design of Salesforce solutions across Financial Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and custom applications
  • Define Salesforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance
  • Design and oversee Salesforce–AWS integration architectures using REST/SOAP APIs, event‑driven patterns, and middleware
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and compliant with enterprise standards
  • Provide hands‑on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, SOQL, and Flows
  • Review code for quality, performance, and security; enforce coding standards
  • Lead complex implementations including data migrations, large‑scale automations, and integrations
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and AWS services such as: AWS Lambda API Gateway S3
  • Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams on security, IAM, monitoring, and cost optimization
  • Support hybrid and microservices‑based architectures
  • Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and technical resources
  • Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide technical estimates, delivery plans, and risk assessments
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for Salesforce initiatives
